Earncey Johnson is a Senior Speech-Language Therapist with 15 years of clinical experience in the assessment and management of speech, language, communication, and behavioural disorders. Born and raised in the United Arab Emirates, she has practised across Abu Dhabi and Dubai since 2010, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and their families in hospitals, multidisciplinary clinics, schools, and early-intervention settings. She holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Speech-Language Pathology and a Bachelor of Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP).
Her practice combines evidence-based speech and language therapy with professional training in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), allowing her to integrate behavioural strategies that support functional communication, learning, and participation across everyday environments. She is further certified in a range of specialist programmes — including the Hanen Program, PECS®, Makaton® (Levels 1–3), the Lidcombe Program, and TalkTools — which she draws on to tailor therapy to each client’s needs.
Throughout her career, Earncey has collaborated closely with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to deliver individualised, evidence-based care that empowers clients to achieve meaningful communication outcomes. She is especially passionate about parent coaching and counselling, equipping families with practical strategies and techniques to support communication development well beyond the therapy room.
She supports a wide range of needs across the lifespan — from early language delay and speech sound disorders to autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, developmental language disorder, social communication difficulties, stuttering and fluency disorders, and voice and oral-motor disorders. Her approach is child-led, play-based, family-centred, and individualised, focusing on each client’s strengths, functional communication, and long-term success.
